Integ Communications is seeking a Senior Project Manager with minimum 10 years industry experience in IT applications and/or infrastructure.

We have a potential vacancy for a Senior Project Manager in our Contact Centre practice. This practice provides a range of contact centre solutions from small inbound call centres to large multi-site complex contact centres. The projects include consulting, requirements, design, build, configuration and implementation of the contact centre software and underlying infrastructure (including PABX, handsets, data network etc). The projects are for Customers in the capital cities throughout Australia so there is travel involved.

The role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane.

To be eligible for this role you will have:

  •  Minimum 10 years project management experience
  •  Successful track record in managing challenging IT projects and Customers
  •  Preferred knowledge and experience in Contact Centre application(s)
  •  A high proficiency in managing cost, time, quality, scope, risk, issues, change, progress and benefits
  •  Intermediate skills in MS Project
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Excellent business and negotiations skills
  •  Experience with managing projects using Earned Value Management
  •  RegPM Certified Practising Project Manager
  •  Preferred Diploma in Project Management
  •  Preferred PRINCE2 Practitioner
