Introduction and News

Welcome to the August 2007 IRC News.

On a sad note Markus Meier-Lindner will soon finish with the AIPM. He will be taking up an opportunity with ESI Australia. Markus has strongly contributed to many areas of AIPM over the last two years, including increasing the wider awareness and reach of the AIPM, and the delivery of the Project Management Achievement Awards and our last three Conferences. We wish him all the best.

The Support Office would like to welcome Andrew Drake as our new Corporate Services Manager. Andrew is from Queensland, and has a background in event management, marketing and communications. He'll be integrating into the office over the next three weeks. Welcome Andrew.

On Membership Renewals, many of you should have received a renewal notice recently. Renewals unpaid at 31 August will be suspended.
