A Short Biography: Alex Fonda has over 20 years of IT experience, the last 8 of which has seen him specialise in Project and Contract management. He has specific experience in the finance, chemical, government and health industries. Alex has just been promoted to Manager IS Projects and Contracts for the Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS). Prior to this promotion he successfully deployed over 1,000 Notebook PC's and managed hardware infrastructure and software development projects working as a Project Manager with RDNS. He was previously with Victoria Police for some years, in various roles with Orica Ltd., Mobil Oil and the National Australia Bank. Alex is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers, and is a Registered Project Manager. He holds a Diploma of Project Management and a Bachelor of Business.
