Details of the move: Assisting with introducing standard Project Management Methodology (based on Prince2) and Program Management Methodology (based on MSP) into state government agencies. Doing maturity assessments to benchmark the starting level of maturity in project, program and portfolio management.
A Short Biography: I have worked in many different industries implementing standard project management methodologies, processes & toolsets. I gave also conducted training in Project Management to all levels of people. My passion is to assist people to manage their projects better.
