Details of the move: As the Client Side Project Manager for a local property developer, Pat is responsible for managing a $100 million high rise commercial development in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in United Arab Emirates. Construction work on this project, which has a gross floor area of 130,000 square metres, is already in progress and is due for completion in December 2008.
A Short Biography: Pat joined Al Fattan Properties LLC in April 2007. He has worked for over 25 years as a Project Manager and an Architect in Australia, Singapore and Sri Lanka. He has been involved in the delivery of large scale projects in the residential, commercial, civic, educational and industrial sector from inception to completion and offers professional expertise in project management, architectural design, design management, tendering and contract administration. Pat is currently an Associate Member of the AIPM and holds a Master of Project Management, Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Built Environment.
