Meredith Perry, OSA Group – Personality and Project Management
Drawing from her experience as the Regional Manager SA with the OSA Group, Meredith will talk about Personality and Project Management. With reference to Jung's Psychological type theory (defined as different patterns of normal behaviour or types and how these types develop) and more recently the research from Myers & Briggs, Meredith will seek to raise such questions as:
  • Does what you are doing match who you are? and
  • What are the personality types that are likely to lead to success in Project Management?
Sharon Ferrier, Persuasive Presentations – Success Trifecta: Competence, Persistence and Confidence
Professional Speaker, Accredited Trainer and member of Toastmasters - an international speaking group, Sharon will talk about the 'Success Trifecta': Competence, Persistence and Confidence and how this relates to Women. The audience will be asked to participate in some activities to increase the skill of the latter of the Success Trifecta. This will relate to all areas of communication, especially public speaking and networking.
