{PMAA} The Special Operations Working Accommodation (SOWA) Project involves the construction of a precinct of 76 new maintenance, command, and support facilities for Australian Regular Army units. This project has affected 1100 personnel currently located at Holsworthy and will effect 200 personnel that are in the process of relocating from Banksmeadow to Holsworthy. Within the precinct, 23 new buildings required fit out of DRN (Defence Restricted Network), DSN (Defence Secret Network), Top Secret Network, voice, and video conferencing devices in 5 batches over between May 2007 and November 2008. Sue Peddakotla was the Project Manager between October 2007 and May 2008 for project components that were completed by Communications Design & Management Pty Limited (CDM). In this capacity, Sue had total responsibility for project delivery, project outcomes and the quality of the project deliverables. Sue managed a team of 7 internal staff members and various external stakeholders.
