Duncan joined the AIPM as Membership Administrator in November 2007.

Duncan is a specialist when it comes to customer service.Previously working for the Office of State Revenue, assessing land tax in a customer service role, he learnt well how to resolve customer issues.

Duncan later became responsible for the technical development of staff where he identified the training needs through to the course design and delivery of training.

Duncan hopes to complete his Bachelor of Social Science in 2008 with short term goals of using his degree to enhance his communication and customer service skills.
