Two clear trends have emerged in the knowledge economy over the past few years. Firstly, Project Portfolio Management (or PPM) - the previously technical realm of construction, engineering and IT - is being embraced by all knowledge industries and throughout the company structure to better deliver project success. Secondly, OnDemand software (a.k.a. software-as-a-service) is the fastest growing software model and is providing clear cost, time and risk benefits. Where do these two trends merge? What can we learn about the way we run projects? And, what is the future beyond? Join us in this 3-hr seminar where Charl Morkel, CEO of Bluenova, will open your eyes to how. Agenda

1. Why software has to change

2. The evolution of PPM
