Details of the move: WEM Property Ventures is part of the Western Earthmoving Group and has been set up to diversify revenues for the Group. Ventures include acting as sole developer, joint venturing with property owners, joint venturing with developers taking on construction risk.
A Short Biography: Stuart Green commenced a career in property development as design engineer with Rose Consulting Group in 1984. After working at Penrith Council and Blacktown Council he consulted to developer clients through Arup for 10 years. From 2003 to 2007 he was an executive at Penrith Lakes Development Corporation where he attained accreditation as a Master Project Director. He took up the position of GM at WEMPV in January 2008.
