Project Management plays a critical role in the development and implementation of business strategy. It will address the challenges faced by managers at all levels who discover projects that mysteriously appear in organisations and outline some tools and techniques for ensuring that the projects which are being delivered are aligned to the business strategy. Yvonne will demonstrate how business strategy can be effectively implemented through a Program Management Office, and will profile the Optus Business Transformation Program Management Office as a practical example of enabling business strategy.
