This workshop is based on the newly released Standard for Program Management, 2006 and is aligned to the requirements of the Advanced Diploam of Project Management (AQF6) for Program Managers (BSB60904). The objective is to provide participants with a strong introduction to the necessary requirements for implementing or carrying out program management. This workshop is aimed at a senior audience and provides facilitation of the above standards with guided discussion and discovery of practical examples.
