This workshop provides the exam and certification preparation required in order to obtain the globally recognised CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from the IIBA. The intention is not to teach participants how to perform business analysis tasks or produce BA deliverables, but to guide them through the certification process and prepare them for the CBAP exam.
