They are one of the world's leading companies in project management and construction services industry with a client list that includes local and central governments managing and developing pioneered forms of contract such as construction management and Build-Operate-Transfer. They are currently recruiting a Building Services/Design Manager to work within the Queensland regional office in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the National Leading Contractors, working within the building division on projects ranging from $50million upwards. The successful applicant will work along side the estimating team assessing opportunities within the division, reporting on risk factors and diagnostic feasibility on bids and briefs. This is an ideal role for a design manager with either a design or building services background. Candidates will ideally have 5+ years in a design management role with a commercial contractor. Experience working on projects (Residential/Commercial/Industrial) from inception through to completion, with an architectural or construction degree would be a great advantage but not essential. In return, the client offers an excellent remuneration package, and the opportunity to join one of Australia's leading contractors.
