Currently they are looking for a Commissioning Engineer / Manager to work in their Sydney based offices. As a Commissioning Engineer you will have a diverse skills-set, encompassing strong technical design (concept/detailed) ability complemented with project management experience, liaising with clients, design team, site team and subcontractors. You will also be able to:
- Review contract documents and concept design from a commissioning perspective
- Assist site office in preparing overall commissioning strategy and program
- Provide technical advise
- Carry out intermittent site inspections to track progress of installation for commissioning of systems
- Create a commissioning plan.
Ideally, you will be degree qualified or experienced commissioning engineer from a trade background with strong knowledge of BMCS, mechanical systems controls and operations from a design and delivery aspect. Experience in the commissioning and sign–off of mechanical services together with understanding of Green Star requirements will be an advantage. Solid working knowledge of the local market with the ability to demonstrate a proven track record is essential!
