This company is a medium size highly efficient Contracting and Service organization specializing in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry providing services for commercial clients in the Sydney region. They currently have an opening for a Senior Project Manager in their construction division. As a Senior Project Manager you will be fully responsible for the successful performance and implementation of a number of mechanical projects, reviewing contracts, managing subcontractors, dealing with all off-site and on-site activities, attending meetings and preparing a procurement program. Ideally, you will be degree qualified or come from a trade background / building services or consultancy with extensive project management experience within the mechanical / air conditioning industry.
