They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Services Project Manager to work from their Sydney office. As a Services Project Manager you will be responsible for bringing value added design solutions to the client and mechanical and electrical services construction knowledge to the project management team. You will also be responsible for the project budget, procurement, delivery and development of the concept designs for building services aspects. Candidates will ideally have tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or appropriate trade qualification combined with at least 5 years project management experience of building services for large scale high-rise commercial building projects. Related professional references will be required to proceed with this role.
