  • Attractive salary package + bonuses This company is a very well established medium size Air Conditioning Contractor based in the North Shore of Sydney. They operate predominantly as a mechanical installation orientated company and currently are looking for a senior professional to join the organisation. As a Operations Manager you will be degree qualified with mechanical or air conditioning background and having strong knowledge of Australian Building Standards. You will be in charge of the commercial department that runs projects starting on $20K up to $1.5mil. As a State Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager you also have to be able to:
    • Liaise with Clients and Consultants
    • Have a very strong design background
    • Communicate with the nominated Project Engineer and Engineering Manager to formalise an Engineering and Drafting Program.
    • Prepare, implement and monitor a project specific Quality and Safety Plan
    • Negotiate with all suppliers and subcontractors and procure equipment/services
    • Review Contracts including Payment Terms and Variation Requirements
    • Have a sound knowledge of Project Cash Flow.
