Medium size Mechanical Contractor providing air conditioning design, installation, service and programmed maintenance for a wide range of commercial clients in the Perth region. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team located in Perth. As a Senior Project Manager you will be fully responsible for the successful performance of a number of commercial projects in range of $500K – $5m, reviewing contracts, managing subcontractors, dealing with all off-site and on-site activities, attending meetings and preparing a procurement program. Ideally, you will come from a trade background / building services with extensive project management experience within the mechanical / air conditioning industry. This position directly reports to the Managing Director and is offering a package of up to $130K.
