Managers and project team leaders will learn the critical tools and techniques required to plan, organise and manage projects successfully during this highly practical three-day program. Factors that impact on project productivity - such as selection, organisation and monitoring of human, physical and information resources are also explored. The program provides an overview of the 9 knowledge areas of project management and relates them in a practical way to the field of project management. It is designed for project managers and team members who already understand the basic fundamentals of project management, are accountable for project outcomes, and wish to learn more in-depth tools and techniques of the profession. All participants on the program can receive a soft copy of the templates to assist them manage projects in the workplace. This program is aligned with BSB01 Business Services Training Package - Project Management Competency Standards and the Guide to the PMBoK®.
