1. Purpose of the Position The HR Project Coordinator (Strategic) is responsible for managing multiple complex HR projects, with the aim of delivering outstanding project outcomes that meet agreed quality, cost and time targets. The position is required to proactively identify, initiate and project manage through to implementation stage major HR projects and initiatives. The HR Project Coordinator (Strategic) is the project management subject matter expert for HR. The incumbent will be expected to develop, manage and provide advice about a framework for ensuring a consistent approach to project management across the department. The HR Project Coordinator (Strategic) will promote a culture of effective project management within the HR Department. 2.
