A Short Biography: Francis has over 20 years of project and program management experience on large scale and complex ICT initiatives involving integration of multi-disciplinary teams across different geographical sites. He has delivered ERP, SCM and Manufacturing systems projects for Fisher & Paykel, Qantas, Boral and several more across Asia Pacific. Francis is recognised for his practical hands-on leadership, strategic insight and determination to ensure "real" value thru adoption of technology into a business. Francis presently resides in Melbourne with his wife and three small children and is heavily involved in the Qantas Flight Catering initiative.
