Biography
Terri Clementson is Planpower’s Director for Education Services and leads the Australian College of Project Management. Her career includes the management of large global projects – including a strategy developed and implemented recently in India impacting 1 million employees. She has worked around the World with the World Bank with Government Administrations; with a number of leading consulting firms and has also managed her own management consulting practice for over 10 years. Her most recent global work was with Capgemini in a change management leadership role spanning 52 countries impacting the firm’s share price and its global operating model.
Terri will talk about the ‘pathology’ of working in high profile projects off-shore and cross-culturally ~ projects that can fundamentally change the culture of entire firms and even sectors in some countries.
