20/08/2009 - In response to the finding of the PMO Executive Council report "Attributes of a high-performing Project Manager", behavioural consultancy experts, Acuity, in collaboration with the AIPM and various chapters of the PMI, have developed and launched the PM Behavioural Index Survey. The survey seeks to measure the extent to which organisations have implemented these recommendations and hence to gauge their progress towards achieving Next-Generation PM Capability.

In particular, I would like to find out if companies (your present company or previous ones) prepare their employees for overseas assignments and for specific projects. If the companies do prepare their employees I would like to find out how it is done.

AIPM 2008/09 Salary Survey now available
10/08/2009 - This document presents a summary of the salary data collected in the 2008 AIPM Membership Satisfaction survey. The membership survey was run between 22/12/08 and 31/01/09 - the analysis is now generally available.
