Our organisation delivers across the full spectrum of design, development, manufacture, implementation and test & commissioning of railway signalling and control products and systems. We are now currently recruiting several new Project Management roles based in Lidcombe (Sydney), Burswood (Perth) and Melbourne. You will join our dedicated project management division who leverage off our engineering experts to deliver multi-million dollar projects across electrical, mechanical and civil construction engineering domains. Project Managers will be responsible for driving and delivering projects on time and on budget, while satisfying project objectives and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle including tendering, material supply, installation, testing and commissioning, ensure that projects are appropriately controlled with reference to project expenditure and timelines, and ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with contract terms and conditions.

Our successful candidate will:

  • Have come from an engineering background initially, have an engineering degree (or equivalent experience) and have worked as an engineer in any of the above engineering disciplines,
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in successful project delivery,
  • Illustrate strong commercial acumen and ability to manage contractual and financial outcomes,
  • Have demonstrated strong negotiation skills and experience and able to overcome barriers to succeed and drive project outcomes to completion.
