The implementation of this project was considered a success and the stated projects objectives were achieved. Considering the nature of the project and what could have gone wrong, the project was implemented in a seamless, calm and ‘no fuss’ manner, which added to the confidence of the client and Commander management. Status and progress of the project was completely upfront and information was ‘open book’ and made readily available either by the mandatory reporting or upon request.
