Dr Moussa is a senior consultant/project manager and senior associate/shareholder with the leading global consulting firm Sinclair Knight Merz. She is currently working as a project manager for a one billion dollar mining project at its feasibility study phase for BHP Billiton. Prior to joining SKM, she worked in Europe and the Middle East in various Project Management and consulting roles in the aviation, building, and infrastructure industries in both the public and private sectors. Neveen has expertise in the fields of project and program management, contract management, Public Private Partnerships, and value management.

She is also a guest lecturer at a number of leading academic institutions in the UK and Australia, a member of several university course advisory committees, and a regular conference speaker.

Neveen obtained her PhD in Project Management from the University of Leeds, England in 1999, and is currently contracted to write a book on innovative procurement strategies in the construction industry.
