Greco Schwartz Pty Ltd (trading as AGS Consulting & Training) is an AIPM endorsed course provider. Alan has provided services to over 100 clients in a diverse range of private, public and non-profit organisations including construction, information management and technology, finance, telecommunications, management consulting, education, health, aged care, transportation, housing, utilities, retailing, community services, entertainment, exhibition, manufacturing, defence and engineering. 

Alan is an approved assessor for three professional accreditation schemes - ‘RegPM’ and ‘Project Managed Organisation’ awards (Australian Institute of Project Management) and Chief Assessor (Australia) for the internationally recognised ’Certified Management Consultant’ (Institute of Management Consultants).

Alan's project management experience includes organisational change projects, developing organisational project portfolio management, programme management and project management capability, establishing a 'project management centre of excellence', project office and capital works projects, including the Powerhouse Museum & Sydney Showground relocation.
