Alan Schwartz (MAIPM CPPD, MPM, MIMC CMC, Grad. Cert. Management & Grad. Cert HRD, Adv. Dip. of Bus. Mgt., Cert IV TAA), Director, Greco Schwartz Pty Ltd., is a practitioner (project director, program manager, project manager), consultant, trainer, educator & assessor.
Alan is an approved assessor for three professional accreditation schemes - ‘RegPM’ and ‘Project Managed Organisation’ awards (Australian Institute of Project Management) and Chief Assessor (Australia) for the internationally recognised ’Certified Management Consultant’, Institute of Management Consultants (2005-8).
He also offers candidates qualification assessments (Certificate IV, Diploma & Advanced Diploma) in association with RegPM.
Alan has conducted Corporate RegPM assessments (multiple candidates) for several organisations including Raytheon, Westpac, KBR, DSTA/Public Works, United Group, Worley Parsons, Hutchison, CBA, DMO.
Alan has provided services to over 125 clients in a diverse range of private, public and non-profit organisations including engineering, construction, information management and technology, finance, telecommunications, management consulting, education, health, law, aged care, transportation, housing, utilities, retailing, community services, entertainment, exhibition, manufacturing and defence.
Alan's experience includes organisational change projects, developing organisational portfolio management, programme management and project management capability (including systems & methodologies), establishing centres of excellence, project offices and numerous capital works programs & projects.
