Michael Young is the President of the ACT Chapter of AIPM and is an experienced professional project and program manager, having managed significant projects in the technology, logistics and facilities sectors in Australia, Asia and throughout the world.
One of the original assessors in the ACT, Michael conducts over 40 RegPM assessments per year at QPP, RPM and MPD level, along with qualifications assessments for CertIV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Project Management.

- Instrumental in establishing the AIPM agreement with DMO and led the project team that developed the draft ACAT competency standards.
Michael holds qualifications in Business, Science, Government Procurement (contract management & strategic procurement), Management & Leadership, Project Management, Outdoor Recreation, Technology Management and Training & Assessment.
Michael is also a member of AIPM, member of the Australasia Institute of Risk Management, member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In addition, Michael is able to offer a customised learning and development strategy that takes into account your specific skills, experience and needs, meeting AIPMs requirement for Continuing Professional Development for RegPM recipients.
