Capworks Management Pty Ltd was established in Sydney in 1989 to provide professional services embracing the management of planning, design, construction and commissioning of technically and functionally complex infrastructure projects. Since that time we have consistently demonstrated a high level of skill and achievement in that core business. Now with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, The Capworks Group (TCG) has to date managed projects with a value in excess of $1.5 billion. Capworks’ key personnel have a range of diverse but complementary professional backgrounds with qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, Architecture, Civil and Mechanical Engineering and Health Administration. Systems focus Since its inception Capworks has adopted a structured and methodical approach to project management, which led seamlessly into Quality Assurance. Capworks is now Quality Assured to ISO 9001-2000. Capworks is pre-qualified for Project Management roles by NSW Department of Commerce (DoCom), formerly the Department of Public Works and Services, and for Project Management, Engineering Design and Architectural roles by the ACT Procurement Solutions arm of Treasury (ACTPS). The Directors of the company are accredited at Level 6 Master Project Director (MPD), and our Project Managers are accredited at Level 5 (RegPM). Capworks is proud to have been the first private sector construction industry oriented organization the gain AIPM’s Project Managed Organisation (PMO) accreditation.
