Conditions for Job Seekers

Only current AIPM members who are looking for work are eligible to utilise the "Looking for Work" section - the relevant application form is only accessible via an AIPM member login and password. This is a valuable service to members.

If you have successfully located a position and would like to be removed form the Looking for Work Register, please email Rob Tucker requesting this.

If you would like to apply for, or obtain further information on any of the positions listed on the Job Vacancy Board, please contact the person nominated in the advertisement directly. All information listed in job advertisements is as provided by the employer, and AIPM bears no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate information provided. Salaries are not always included in the information that we receive, but if they are, they are listed.


Conditions for Job Advertisers

If you would like to advertise a position on our website, please complete the online application form, including full details of advertiser, contact details, job location(s), and a detailed description of the position. If you like, you can attach an official job description as well, and this will be made available for interested parties to download.

All advertisements will be posted to the web within 48 hours of receiving your application, and you will notified via email with a link the day it is live. In addition to the website listing in the Jobs Board, a link to the new position will also be included from the AIPM Home Page "Website - What's New?" section as space permits, and an update of new jobs is also included in the monthly IRC Newsletter which is emailed directly to all AIPM members on the last day of each month.

Please note that the date you provide as the end date for applications to be received will be used as the basis for the eventual removal of the job from the Jobs Board, unless an extension of time is requested to Rob Tucker.

AIPM encourages our many Corporate members to advertise their internal project management positions on our site, alongside our AIPM Endorsed Recruiters. Other positions are happily accepted from non-member companies who are clearly seeking project managers for their own business or organisation.

AIPM does NOT accept any job adverts from any recruitment companies who are not endorsed by AIPM.
