AIPM Membership Fees

Fees are based on category of membership. Please see the table below. Your membership grade is determined by your educational qualifications and your experience in Project Management. Fees are tax deductible. The fees below are valid from 1 July 2010.

Upgrading membership

The application fee is applicable for members upgrading from one level of membership to another. That is $147.40 (including GST).

 

 

To upgrade your membership complete the online form. You will need to submit your CV, or other appropriate evidence to support your application.

Note: Full-time Student Members are not eligible to upgrade using this form. Full-time Student Members wishing to upgrade to Affiliate, Associate or Member need to complete the Membership Application Form and pay the full application fee. Clicking the "Send" button will take you to a secure online payment facility.

 

Resignation

When joining AIPM, members must agree to abide by AIPM's Constitution. Section 3.19(d) states that a member may resign from membership at any time, by giving notice in writing.Notice ‘in writing' includes by email or facsimile.

 

Suspension of membership

Section 3.18 is applicable to non-financial members and those who have not resigned their membership in writing to AIPM. A member whose subscription remains unpaid 90 days after the due date shall be deemed to be in arrears and shall receive notice of the intention to suspend membership. If the subscription remains unpaid 30 business days after the date of this notice membership can be suspended without further notice.

 

Once forfeited and the member is 'suspended' a re-instatement fee will apply should the suspended member wish to re-instate their membership at a later date. This fee is not applicable to members who are financial at the time they resign their membership (in writing).

 

Therefore it is important to ensure you are a financial member and that you resign your membership in writing to avoid payment of re-instatement fees should you wish to rejoin your Institute at a later date.

 

The current fee for reinstatement of suspended membership is $147.40 (including GST).
