Governance

A Board of Directors, called a "National Council" is elected by the membership.  Directors of the AIPM are called "National Councillors". 

The Executive includes the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary who are elected by all members across Australia, for a two year term.

In the alternate year, members in each Chapter elect a Chapter President.  The eight Chapter Presidents comprise the balance of the National Council.  Chapter Presidents therefore hold two positions: Chapter President of their Chapter and National Councillor.

At the 2007 AGM, a new Constitution was passed. The new Constitution is available for download.
