Justine is a Senior Consultant for TSA Management. Justine has a BEng(Hon) in Civil Engineering (1st Class) and MEng in Structural Engineering from Liverpool University, UK.

As a Project Manager and a chartered structural engineer, based in Sydney, Justine has over 14 years of experience in both design and management of multi-disciplinary jobs, both Program and Project Management. She has worked on a wide variety of multidisciplinary jobs in UK, Hong Kong and Australia.

Justine has been in Australia for the last eight years, and whilst  working with Ove Arup undertook the role as the nominated NSW Program Manager for national ATSIC NAHS EHP Program and OATSIH Programs. Both Programs involved extensive consultation with the client, Aboriginal communities and other stakeholders and agencies, such as NSW Health, DEWRSB and DET. Justine was also responsible for the procurement, appointment and monitoring of Project Managers and Aboriginal Communities, consultation, reporting, both financial and status, for numerous projects, ranging from $0.5m to $4m, under these programs.

Over the last two years with TSA Management, Justine has managed number of projects. These include the complex masterplanning of large green field sites, each requiring the coordination of up to 19 consultants and government agencies taking them to approval, through DIPNR and local councils, to construction. Justine has also worked as a Management Consultant with RIC on the National Integration Project and Ambulance NSW on the Rural Hospital and Health Services Program, ensuring that the needs of the Ambulance services are reflected in the rural hospital upgrade programs around NSW.

Justine is currently working with Westpac on the finalisation of the Westpac Plaza as well as the construction of the 87,000 sq m Woolworths Regional Distribution Centre, Minchinbury, working closely with the client on A&D works within the live site as well as the large new freezer facility.
