Alan has been a member of the Queensland Chapter for a number of years, serving as Councillor and State Secretary previously, as well as also being Chair of the PMAA (Qld) organising committee.

Professionally, he is employed as Contracts Officer with Works Qld, and has extensive experience within both private and public sectors. He is passionate about all aspects of Project Management and the promotion of the Institute as the Australian peak body for PM services.
