Application for Corporate registration

 

We require the name of the contact person from your organisation and the area in which they work for communication purposes with AIPM.  Also include a list of the employees that you would like included under your Corporate Membership.

 

Once you have applied online, our Corporate Services Administrator will be in contact with you to provide the relevant information.  

 

Individuals who are employed by a Corporate Member should not submit a corporate application. This application is for companies only. Apply for Corporate Membership online.

Please attach an Excel listing of employees to be included on your Corporate Register ie title, first name, surname, email, position, DOB, etc
Payment Responsibility NB: Only one payment option can be processed under Corporate membership. If you select Corporate, the company is responsible for payment of all membership fees under this agreement.	Corporate Individual	Corporate - all fees paid entirely by company Individual - fees paid by individual member.
If your Accounts department requires AIPM to complete a supplier survey or information sheet, please attach the form.		Use this option if you have selected Corporate payment.
