Bill Young PhD (Melb), MBA, M.Eng, B.Eng.

Bill has over 25 years diverse consulting experience in engineering, project management, business management, strategic planning, and risk management.

A specialist in managing complex projects, he leads national and global teams of professionals working across Australia, Asia, Europe, North America, and Africa.

He is Executive Director of Project Management Services Pty Ltd (since 1985), a Director of the Australian Institute of Project Management (since 2004), and a Director of Professional Solutions Australia Ltd (since 2005).

In his AIPM roles he has chaired the Global Affairs Program, Strategy Group, and Knowledge & Research Council, and was the Victorian State President (2004 – 2007).

Key business interests include strategic analysis and planning, organisational effectiveness, entrepreneurship and critical foresight.
