The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) is the premier, longest-serving body for project management in Australia. Our goal is to provide quality and relevant services to our members. AIPM's role is to improve the knowledge, skills and competence of project managers and related project personnel, who play a key part in the achievement of business objectives – not just project objectives.

We are an organisation made up of nearly 8000 members. AIPM is here to advocate on behalf of project management professionals and support you through each stage of your career, providing you with certification, events, awards programs and more.

AIPM BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board is responsible for planning for the Australian Institute of Project Management’s short, medium and long term goals. It helps us set our strategic direction and policies and governs the operations of AIPM.

CHAPTERS

As a national peak body, it’s important we know what is happening locally. That’s where our Chapter Councils come in, with representatives across 8 states and territories in Australia. Our Chapter Councils advise of local policy and membership matters to ensure that we are aligned nationally.

INDUSTRY LEADERS GROUP

The Industry Leaders Group provides input and assists AIPM in delivering on its mission. The group contributes to the Institute in developing strategies to help shape our advocacy policies and messages.
