Rob Loader FAIPM CPPE

Rob has worked globally in financial services for 25+ years in operational, consulting, project and portfolio management and business development roles spanning retail banking and lending, shared services and operations, wealth management, insurance, retail and utilities. 

Rob has served in key roles including Project Director of leading management consultancies, strategy development and project and portfolio manager in major enterprise wide program management offices. His most recent roles have been leading the development and growth of the direct marketing channel for a leading Australian life risk specialist and establishing the enterprise programme management office for a major telecommunications client. 

He is presently the Head of the Capital Planning & Delivery for Telstra, responsible for managing the enterprise wide strategic prioritisation, governance, execution processes and financial management and capability uplift of Telstra's $4-5bn annual capital investment project portfolio.

Rob is a Fellow of the Finance and Securities Institute and Fellow of Australian Institute of Project Management, holds Certified Practicing Portfolio Executive (CPPE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) qualifications from AIPM and PMI. In 2004 he wrote an Enterprise Project Management thesis in completing a Masters of Project Management with RMIT. He is a regular presenter at national and international project management conferences.
