Sam is an accomplished company director and senior executive with over 20 years’ experience leading multi-billion-dollar portfolios and shaping strategy across the private and public sectors. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Project Management (FAIPM), Certified Practising Portfolio Executive (CPPE) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), she has been serving on the AIPM Board as well as other sector boards and advisory committees, contributing to governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement at the highest level. Sam’s executive career spans national and international contexts, where she has overseen large-scale programs and delivered major projects in infrastructure, planning, education, and commercial management. Recognised for aligning strategy with delivery, she is skilled at navigating complexity, managing risk, and driving sustainable outcomes. Sam is the author of several books and numerous articles, and the recipient of multiple leadership awards.
Binod is an engineering executive with extensive experience in research and innovation, strategic advisory, cross-sector integration, project management, and executive leadership. He has extensive experience working in Asia-Pacific with extended portfolio holding multiple roles across academia, research institution, industry, and the public sector. Binod is a Professional Engineer and has served on several technical advisory committees, advocating policy and engineering workforce development. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Engineering and was conferred the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Also, he is a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lanre Adebayo is a Certified Practising Portfolio Executive (CPPE) and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Project Management, renowned for leading strategic business transformation, organisational design, procurement, and complex program delivery across defence, transport, and public sectors. An advocate of systems thinking practices in managing complexity, Lanre has applied conceptual modelling and strategic frameworks to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver measurable outcomes. Internationally seasoned, his achievements include $417.5M cost savings for the UK Ministry of Defence, optimisation of billion-dollar aviation programs, and efficiency gains in Victoria’s transport operating model. Beyond technical leadership, Lanre has championed diversity and inclusion, earning a Certificate of Appreciation from the First Assistant Secretary CASG for advancing multicultural representation. He contributes thought leadership through published works on whole-life program success and agility in complex projects, while serving as a reviewer, advisor, and committee lead shaping the future of project and portfolio management.
