2018 PMAA Expressions of Interest now open

The Australian Institute of Project Management is pleased to announce that Expressions of Interest are now open for the 2018 Project Management Achievement Awards (PMAAs).

The PMAAs celebrate excellence in achievement in Australia, and winning one can set you and your organisation apart from the competition.

Expressions of Interest

To submit your Expression of Interest to the 2018 PMAAs you will need to complete the form available on the PMAA Expression of Interest page. The EOI will provide AIPM with the relevant information to activate the portal that will provide access to you to make payment and lodge your submission. Activation will only be available from mid-January 2018 and onwards. The deadline to lodge an EOI is 4pm AEST Thursday 26 April 2018.

All entries for PMAA must be submitted by 4pm AEST on Wednesday 2 May 2018 using the PMAA Portal on the AIPM website, and will be accompanied by a submission fee. For assistance and more information about the PMAAs, please contact Eliza Judd, AIPM's National Events Coordinator or phone (02) 8288 8700.

Further instructions on how to complete your submission can be accessed via the Submission Guidelines page.

Two new categories

The 2018 PMAAs will feature the addition of two new award categories. They are:

Category 9: Financial services
Projects that demonstrate outstanding achievement in delivering outcomes in the financial services sector. This category will include projects delivered in industries such as banking, insurance, investment and superannuation which display excellence in the project management of outcomes such as improving efficiency, customer experience or the use of innovation.

Category 10: Professional services
Projects that demonstrate project management excellence in the delivery of professional services. This will cover services delivered in the tertiary (service) sector of the economy. Industries could include but are not limited to consulting, accounting, law, health services, government, engineering and architecture.
