Patrick Leahy was appointed project manager for the Reserve Bank of Australia’s National Banknote site project.
This complex, high-security, purpose built facility required strong leadership and project management experience which was critical in developing and coordinating the design and delivery to satisfy the project objectives and the critical fitness-for-purpose requirements of this world-class facility.
Patrick performed exceptionally as the Project Manager for this complex project, successfully managing the challenges and driving the project to a successful completion. Patrick’s leadership and diligent approach to project management philosophies and processes contributed to the success of this project of national significance.
