Sydney Water Corporation is a public utility and a water and wastewater service provider. Delivery Management is a directive Project Management Office and a strategic consortium between Sydney Water Corporation, Lendlease and John Holland to deliver infrastructure. ‘Enable and Optimise’ is a complex adaptive organisational change project designed to mature project management capabilities by embedding a new Management Operating System, a new operating model and an optimised asset delivery process. The goals were to improve leadership capability, business/project performance and capital results plus accelerate continuous improvement to meet the demands of projected customer growth in a complex Volatile-Uncertain-Complex-Ambiguous (VUCA) environment.
