The Battlefield Airlifter Main Operating Base Facilities Project is a program of works to support the operation of ten new C-27J Spartan aircraft based at RAAF Base Amberley, together with the reinstatement of infrastructure and facilities impacted by the new facilities. This complex $370M project has delivered:
- Training facilities,
- Operational facilities and aprons,
- Fire station,
- Base briefing, ceremonial store and courtroom,
- Transit accommodation,
- Australian Air Force Cadet facilities, and
- Site infrastructure.
RPS has provided Project Management and Contract Administration services to the Department of Defence for the project.
