Evergreen, Cooyar and Cecil Plains Waste Management Facilities were designed to reflect the diversion opportunities and transport efficiencies of award winning Greater Toowoomba Waste Management Facilities, at a smaller scale.
The project was the pilot for the implementation of the Project Management Framework and associated, tools and templates. This has resulted in a cultural change, associated requirements for change management, and development of project management maturity for Council’s Waste Services Branch.
The project demonstrates a collaborative and consultative approach to project delivery and issue resolution, leveraging the benefits of transparency and diversity.
