PM Webinar - Out with the Old? Project Methodologies
Presented by Dr Ross Yates & Richard Hughes

For over a decade, researchers have been trying to look again at project management. Two initiatives represent this; one that may be familiar to most practitioners - the growth of agile project management (APM), and one that may be less familiar - the rethinking project management movement (RPM). In our webinar we will explain these, and summarise developments in both these areas. We will ask if traditional approaches are inappropriate for high levels of required uncertainty and flexibility where 'command and control' approaches can stifle initiative, flexibility and agility.

Costs: Members $10.00 Non-members $25.00
