HOW DOES YOUR TEAM'S CULTURE SHAPE UP IN TODAY'S WORKPLACE?

Digital technologies are driving demands for more collaboration and more visibility across the project landscape which is changing the culture of project management. Projects are not run in isolation, resources are rarely dedicated, and financial management needs to be audit-ready at all times. To add to this, a greater number of stakeholders are part of the shared decision-making process that governs outcomes. The result is a more diverse team, with less direct contact, and greater expectations.

As the agent of control the PM needs to understand more than ever the underlying nature of teamwork and team culture, be able to build positive team dynamics, sustain trust bridges, and provide client/outcome support.
