The COVID-19 outbreak has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation, causing a huge impact on peoples’ lives, their families and communities. As the international response continues to develop, we know that organisations are facing several potentially significant challenges to which they need to respond rapidly. Sascha Chandler Sascha has spent 20+ years leading large scale transformation programs across the globe across several sectors. Remaining at the cutting edge of technology across several industries and having a strong multi-sector focus, Sascha leads our national Transformation Confidence practice. Sascha and the team work at various levels, Managing Board to project delivery teams, of large organisations ensuring their transformations are set up for success. Playing an active role as an independent party ensures that the Transformation Confidence team can play a proactive role in ensuring transformation programs remain on track. 
Ben Hamer Ben is an experienced strategic human capital specialist, having held various executive roles across federal and state government. He is an AHRI-awarded professional, having managed large-scale workforce projects in politically volatile and industrially sensitive environments. Leveraging this expertise, Ben is a Director within the People and Organisation consulting practice at PwC, where he partners with public and private sector clients to help them plan for, design, and transition towards their workforce of the future.

In addition, Ben has a Professional Doctorate of Public Administration from the University of Canberra, which included time spent as a Visiting Scholar at Yale University. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours from the Australian National University and is an Adjunct Fellow at Swinburne University’s Centre for the New Workforce.
