Our new social isolation measures mean that digital technologies are more important than ever in providing collaboration and visibility across the project landscape. As agents of control the PM needs to understand the underlying nature of teamwork and team culture, be able to build positive team dynamics, sustain trust bridges, and provide client support. In this presentation you will gain an understanding of the stages of project team building and the individual mechanisms of team work and how they relate to remote working.
