This event will focus on understanding complexity in projects. Our guest speakers will discuss how complexity evolves during the lifecycle of a project, and how having an understanding of complexity can help you anticipate and manage risk during the project lifecycle, in order to achieve good project outcomes.

You will be provided with a framework for identifying and classifying complexity in projects and how you can relate this framework to decision theory and good risk management practices. An opportunity for questions will be provided at the end of the presentation.
